1. About SKOPEHOLD
SKOPEHOLD is a website auditing and analysis platform that allows users to submit website URLs and receive automated reports and recommendations relating to areas such as website performance, SEO, accessibility, security-related configuration, content, technical implementation, and other website quality indicators.
The specific audit checks, features, categories, scoring methodologies, and recommendations may change over time as we improve the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Service allows you to submit website URLs for auditing.
You represent and warrant that you:
- own the website being audited; or
- have obtained appropriate authorization from the website owner or operator to conduct the audit.
You must not use SKOPEHOLD to scan, probe, crawl, test, or otherwise interact with systems for which you do not have appropriate authorization.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws, contractual obligations, robots.txt requirements where applicable, and the policies of the websites or systems you submit.
5. Permitted Use

- page structure;
- links;

Audit depth and available checks may vary by subscription plan.
7. Audit Results and Recommendations
Reports generated by SKOPEHOLD are intended to provide informational and decision-support insights.
Audit results are generated using automated rules, software analysis, third-party services, and, where applicable, artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems.
We do not guarantee that:
- every issue on a website will be identified;
- every identified issue is accurate in every circumstance;
- every recommendation is appropriate for your particular environment;
- the audit represents a complete security assessment;
- the audit represents a complete accessibility assessment;
- the audit guarantees search-engine ranking improvements;
- implementing recommendations will produce a particular business result; or
- the website will achieve a particular score.
You are responsible for independently evaluating recommendations before implementing them.
8. Artificial Intelligence
Certain features may use artificial intelligence or machine-learning technologies to analyze information and generate summaries, recommendations, explanations, or other content.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or inappropriate recommendations.
You should not rely solely on AI-generated output for decisions involving security, legal compliance, financial matters, safety, or other high-risk decisions.
Where third-party AI providers are used, information may be processed by those providers as necessary to provide the relevant feature, subject to applicable contractual and privacy requirements.
9. No Security Certification
Unless expressly stated otherwise, an audit performed by SKOPEHOLD is not a penetration test, vulnerability assessment, security certification, compliance certification, or professional security audit.
A passing result does not mean that a website is secure or free from vulnerabilities.
For security-sensitive environments, you should obtain appropriate testing from qualified security professionals.
10. Subscription Plans
Certain features are available only through paid subscriptions.
Before purchasing a subscription, the applicable price, billing interval, included functionality, and other material terms will be presented to you.
Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation process.
You authorize our payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fees using your selected payment method.
11. Pricing and Taxes
Prices are displayed through the Service and may be presented in one or more currencies.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable taxes, duties, levies, or other government charges may be added where required by applicable law.
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase or use of the Service to the extent required by law.
12. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors.
We do not directly store complete payment-card information unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider's terms and policies.
13. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription using the cancellation functionality provided through the Service or by contacting support where applicable.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal and does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law or as otherwise provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
14. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for failures caused exclusively by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

- suspension is reasonably necessary to protect the Service or other users.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.
Certain provisions, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and applicable dispute provisions, will survive termination.
24. Changes to the Service
